360˚ Wetness Protector – Accidents Happen...Not Everyone Needs to Know

Just-In-Case Return Policy 

First of all, we want you to be happy with your purchase of the Just-In-Case 360˚ wetness protector.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at info@justincasebedding.com and tell us why, so that we may best address your needs. 

Just-In-Case has a 30-day return policy. In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the original packaging, in the same condition in which it was received. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically issued to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If it's been 14 or more days since your refund was approved and you haven’t yet received your refund:

Bank Card/Debit Card Purchases

Please double check your bank account. Next, contact your bank. There is often some additional processing time before a refund is posted.

Credit Card Purchases

If necessary, contact your credit card company. It may take some additional time before your refund is officially posted to your account, and every creditor is different. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@justincasebedding.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at info@justincasebedding.com and (if required) ship your original item to:

Shipping: Returns & Exchanges

To return or exchange your product, ship your purchase to the address shown above. 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred by returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are due a refund, you will be reimbursed for the subtotal of your original order (product price), not including shipping: the cost of original order shipping will be deducted from your refund.
